The main function of the mold pushing system is to push the products out of the mold for the next step of processing or packaging. Its working principle is to guide the product accurately and stably out of the mold through the combination of push blocks and push rods, using guide blocks for guidance.

The mold trolley system mainly consists of the following parts:

Push block: The mechanism for pushing blocks includes push blocks, push rods, guide blocks, etc. The four sides of the push block must be angled, usually 2-3 degrees, and the four corners should be inverted at an R angle for ease of processing and fitting.

Push rod: When connecting the push rod to the push block, the head of the push rod must be positioned and secured with a pin or pressure plate. The push rod must be equipped with a guide block, which is generally designed in a circular shape and made of bronze material. It can be fixed with a snap spring or pressure plate.

Top out system: The top out system includes ejector pin, flat top, barrel ejector, inclined ejector, push block ejector, push plate ejector, air ejector, etc. Each ejection method has its own design points.

The mold trolley system is widely used in various mold processing, especially in injection molds and stamping molds, to push the formed products out of the mold. It is suitable for various industrial manufacturing fields, such as automotive parts production, electronic product shell manufacturing, etc.
